Privacy and support

Spawnlings is a game on Roblox made by Eko Factory. This page says what the game keeps about players, why, and how to have it deleted.

Short version: we keep your game progress, tied to your Roblox account. We never ask for your real name, email, address or phone number. Ask Roblox to erase your data and we delete it.

What the game keeps

Everything is tied to your Roblox user id, the number Roblox gives every account.

  • Your save: your Spawnlings, team, items, Keys, Tix and Gems, purchases, badges and settings.
  • Things you do with other players: trades, market listings, duel and ranked results, groups you make or join (with the names you type there), friend invites and reports you send.
  • Game numbers: through Roblox's own analytics we see totals, like how many players finish their first battle. We use them to make the game better.

What it does not keep

No real names, emails, home addresses, phone numbers or passwords. We never ask for them. Chat runs on Roblox's own chat system and its filters.

Why we keep it

  • To run the game: saving your progress, trades, battles and groups.
  • To keep it fair and safe: stopping cheating and handling reports.
  • To improve it.

Only Eko Factory and Roblox can see this data. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to erase it, or until the game closes.

Deleting your data

Send Roblox a request to erase your data (Roblox's privacy request, the "right to erasure"). Roblox passes it to us. We then delete your save and everything else tied to your account within 30 days. Afterwards we keep only the date and your user id, as proof that it was done.

This website

No accounts, no cookies, no trackers and no ads. Like most websites, our server keeps short access logs (IP address, page and time) for up to 14 days to keep the site safe.

Kids and parents

Roblox runs accounts, age checks and parental controls. We never collect contact details from anyone, of any age. Parents can use Roblox's parental controls and Roblox's privacy request to see or remove a child's data.
